Fiji Geelong Friendship Club barbecue

Every December we have an end of year breakup barbecue for our Fiji Geelong Friendship Club, usually at Barwon Valley Park near the Barwon River, a place with many adventure equipment areas for children. The weather was not promising with a few spits of rain but we put up a kind of tent and the men and boys did the cooking - pork, lamb, sausages etc.  We had about thirty people there including many young children. Thank you Joe for organising the barbecue. Jordan spent time trying out a new camera ready for his Media Studies in Year 12 next year. The children mainly played on swings and climbing equipment. We sat around drinking kava of course!
