If you look closely at the p...That is called moire. If you look closely at the print you are scanning you can see that the image is made up of tiny coloured dots printed in a specific pattern. Usually scanning software has a filter to descreen or remove moire, which should help to reduce the rainbow effect.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
